Alex was our technician and he was fantastic. He was communicative and on time. He identified the problem, ordered the part and came back the very next day or very soon after to replace it. Then after fixing that part, we found out that there was an issue with the computer portion of the dishwasher. Most technicians would have you replace the dishwasher at that point, but Alex dove into the specs and the specifications to discover a safety mechanism that had to be reset a certain way for the computer to start working again once this specific part had gone bad. He followed through by fixing hat issue and our dishwasher now works perfectly. He saved us hundreds of dollars. He is detial-oriented and clearly takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him. We will reaching out to him for all our appliance needs in the future.
